Copper-clad ceramic laminates (CCLs) feature outstanding thermal conductivity, superior insulation and high current-carrying capability. They deliver excellent solderability and high bonding strength, and can be etched into diverse circuit patterns similar to PCBs. CCLs are widely applied in power electronics, high-power modules, aerospace and other industries.
This system supports high-efficiency automated inline inspection of CCLs. It can be flexibly integrated into customers’ production lines to realize strict quality control. Additionally, it is also applicable to the testing of other semiconductor devices and packages, including discrete components, optoelectronic devices and IGBT power modules.
