Nexus F1
The NexusF1 Pulse Transceiver is a new high-performance ultrasonic pulser-receiver independently developed by Doppler. Optimized for high-frequency ultrasonic systems, it precisely controls ultrasonic transmission and echo analysis to support material defect detection.
It works by transmitting pulsed signals that travel through the test material; echoes are generated at medium interfaces or internal defects. Its high-precision receiver captures these echoes, measuring signal time delay and amplitude variation to quickly determine defect depth, position and size. It delivers reliable data for quality control and defect localization in high-frequency ultrasonic inspection.
Product Advantages
Compact and Low-Power Design
● Compact size and light weight improve system integration while reducing costs.
Dual-Mode Support
● T/R Echo Mode: Single probe with pulse-echo operation.
● Through Transmission Mode: Dual-probe configuration, with one probe transmitting and the other receiving.
Flexible Filtering & Wideband Reception
● Two options available for high-pass and low-pass filters.
● Adjustable bandwidth from 1–150 MHz with high dynamic range reception.
Ultra-Fast Inspection
Pulse repetition frequency up to 70 kHz, suitable for high-speed automated production lines.
