High Temperature Probe
● Performance Characteristics:
1. Offers 0° incident longitudinal wave delay blocks (ZH type) and 45°/60°/70° (AH type) incident transverse wave delay blocks.
2. ZH type delay blocks offer three standard heights: 13/25/38mm; AH type delay blocks offer three transverse wave angles: 45°/60°/70°.
3. Both delay blocks are available in two high-temperature resistant materials: HT1 and HT2.
(1) HT1: Workpiece withstands temperature for 20 seconds at 200°C (392℉).
(2) HT2: Workpiece withstands temperature for 10 seconds at 300°C (572℉).
4. Both the delay blocks and the probe can be quickly installed and removed.
5. Standard ZH type delay block lengths for different probes:
(1) φ10mm (0.375in): 13mm (0.5in) (2) φ13/19mm (0.5/0.75in): 25mm (1.0in)
6. The probe bottom can be machined into different shapes to ensure good coupling with the workpiece surface.
7. The probe interface is a top-mounted Microdot by default.

● Applications:
1. Intermittent contact inspection of high-temperature workpieces (castings, forgings, etc.)
2. Direct flaw detection
3. Inspection of the contour surface of bent workpieces
Product Parameters

● Note:

1. After the specified contact time has elapsed, the device must be cooled to room temperature before reuse.

2. The contact time is related to the contact temperature; please consult a Dopler transducer technical expert for a detailed explanation of the relationship between the two.
