Water Immersion Transducer
A water immersion transducer is a single-chip transducer designed to generate ultrasonic waves by being fully or partially immersed in water or other liquids.

● Performance Characteristics:
1. Pressure-resistant and corrosion-resistant stainless steel housing
2. Excellent acoustic impedance matching with water or other liquids; front-end matching layer ensures maximum output energy.
3. No influence from transducer-liquid coupling.
4. Three different configurations are available: unfocused (planar), point-focused (spherical), and line-focused (cylindrical). Point-focused and line-focused probes generally achieve focusing through bending the lens at the front of the crystal; another focusing method is crystal self-focusing, which has a finer focusing area and is a customized product, limited to piezoelectric composite ceramic materials (C).
5. Three types of transducers meet most testing requirements:
“PL” general-purpose series, “PH” narrow pulse series, “C” piezoelectric composite ceramic series

● Applications:
1. Unfocused probes (planar) are generally used for conventional applications and penetrating thicker materials.
2. Point-focused probes (spherical) are generally used to improve the sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio for detecting small defects.
3.Line-focused probes (cylindrical) are generally used for detecting tubular or rod-shaped materials.
4. Online thickness measurement, automatic scanning, material analysis, and imaging system
