Water Cooling Plate PA Immersion Auto Inspection System
Designed for high-precision weld inspection of water-cooled plates, this phased array immersion automation system delivers sensitivity equivalent to a φ0.2 mm flat-bottomed hole.It supports multiple water-cooled plate specifications and can be extended to immersion testing of automotive, aerospace and precision components.

1. Inspection Modes

Equipped with high-precision automatic X, Y, Z axis modules, the system supports fully automatic 2D grid scanning on the X-Y plane or manual inspection. The scanning axis and stepping axis are customizable with automatic mode switching. Automatic A/B axes and manual A1/B1 adjustment axes are provided for fine-tuning the probe angle to achieve optimal inspection performance.

3. Motion Control Software

Motion control software enables full-axis manual operation and automatic grid scanning. It provides source code for secondary development, referenced to the motion controller design manual, and supports VC, VB, VS, C++Builder and C# platforms.


4. System Composition

The system consists of an ultrasonic instrument, industrial computer, monitor, multi-axis motion module, inspection tank, probe clamping fixture, equipment support frame, control cabinet, and water circulation and filtration system.
