From July 23 to 25, 2025, CRST 2025 The 1st National Conference on Composite Repair Science and Technology & Innovation Forum of Inspection and Monitoring, jointly organized by the Professional Committee for Composite Maintenance, Inspection and Recycling of China Composites Industry Association and Kunming University of Science and Technology, was successfully held in Kunming, Yunnan Province.
The forum aims to boost industry-university-research collaborative innovation and advance the industrial application of advanced technologies and equipment, as well as build a high-quality platform for academic exchange, technology exhibition and industrial cooperation.
Sincere gratitude to the forum organizer for establishing this high-level communication and exchange platform. As an innovative practitioner in the field of nondestructive testing, Doppler took an in-depth part in the forum with self-developed intelligent testing solutions for composite materials. We were honored to deliver the thematic report entitled Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing and Intelligent Nondestructive Evaluation for Aerospace Composite Materials, exploring the cutting-edge technologies of composite NDT together with industry peers.
Exhibition On-site

At the forum venue, Doppler's engineers demonstrated the newly developed TFM phased array ultrasonic detector, NovaScan V3, for guests. It delivers outstanding testing performance on composite materials, and its intelligent analysis functions have attracted widespread attention, winning high recognition and unanimous approval from all participants.
We sincerely thank all leaders and guests for visiting and guiding at the Doppler booth. In the future, Doppler will continue to increase R&D investment, adhere to innovation-driven development, and contribute more advanced technological strength to the nondestructive testing industry.

Keynote Speech
At the sub-forum of Composite Material Performance and Nondestructive Testing, Yin Lu, Director of Application Technology at Doppler, delivered a keynote speech titled Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing and Intelligent Nondestructive Evaluation of Aircraft Composite Materials.
The presentation mainly introduced the typical application scenarios of phased array technology for a variety of aircraft composite components, including inspection practices for complex structures such as honeycomb sandwich structures, laminates and stiffened members. By integrating intelligent recognition technology into the defect analysis process and adopting deep learning and image recognition algorithms, the efficiency and accuracy of defect identification are effectively improved, greatly reducing the probability of human misjudgment.
